Maybe, maybe not. Has the furour over Meng Wanzhou and Huawei, and the detained Michaels, affected Chinese immigration?
There was a temporary massive increase in visa processing times from China - from a previous 8-11 days for TRVs to 48... but then it came back down (maybe someone in the visa section was sick, or on leave...)
