Philippines Drivers License

Hello Everyone,

Will be doing my landing soon, I need guidance with regards to my Philipines Drivers License, I will be landing as a PR.

Can I use it in Toronto?
Can I just convert it?
Do I need to get an International driver's License?
Can I use my old expired drivers license as proof that I have a license for more than 3 years?

1. you will need international driving licence.
2. You cannot convert it, but you can use your driving experience to speed up the process.

Try getting your international driver's license through AAP (Automotive Association of the Philippines; counterpart of AAA/FIA)
