Hello there. So many information have crossed my path, from the time my PPR letter came until I finally submitted it and up to now, I haven't heard anything from CEM. Here's my case:

Application submitted on Feb.2012
AOR was on May 2012
PPR was June 2012
Passport submission July 8, 2012
I have four dependents in my application

My main question probably is: would it really delay that long if an applicant has dependents? There were a lot of my February batchmates got their DM's already, including some March applicants, however, not sure all but most of them don't have dependents.

I would really appreciate any advice/inputs from any of you who also have dependents in your application, that will help me enlighten with the reasons for such delays.

I would suggest secure GCMS notes

Hi! :) what will it do to help? How do you secure that?

GCMS notes wont speed up the process but this note will give you the information of the step by step process done in your application. You may open this topic:

January-Manila 2012 applicant with 2 dependents. 4 y/o daughter and 2 y/o son.

Unfortunately, from our group, we're the only ones left. Everyone else had received their visas.
Our medicals already expired June of this year
No new updates after the "In Process" update last July.

We already applied for the GCMS notes earlier this month.

I have a 9 year old dependent from a previous relationship, sent our application last Dec. 2011 but was incomplete so CIC sent it back to us, we'd only able to complete the whole application kit sometime in february, so technically we fall from feb applicants, passport was sent to CEM May 2nd, then got DM Sept. 19...so i don't think having a dependent/s will prolong or delay the application process :)

Hi Sis! I have dependents in my app. Passports with CEM will be three months already come this Oct 2.
My ECAS is still the same "application received":( No additional docs requested by CEM until now.
I dont know what else to expect...

antay antayin mo lang sis kasi kami from the time na nareceived ng CIC yung application kit namin till the time na na DM ako "APPLICATION RECEIVED" lang siya the whole time, sabi ng iba mas maganda pa daw yung application received lang siya kesa mga IN PROCESS, kasi natatagalan daw lalo pag nag IN PROCESS, yung sa akin kasi nakalagay sa ecas ko after ma DM: We started processing your application on September 17, 2012
Then september 19 DM na, so meaning two days lang nila pinrocess.

Sis thanks for your reply...this gives me hope :) sana nga we get our DM soon...

Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng nag-reply, your inputs are highly appreciated. Actually, i’m describing my wife’s case scenario.

As we are in the "process of elimination" of possible reasons for the delay of my wife’s visa, pwede bang magtanong and would really appreciate any inputs or feedback in case you heard or learned about our case.

Here's the scenario:
If you all remember, when you or your spouse’s got their PPR letter, additional docs were requested. Among any required docs, the most famous is the CENOMAR or AOM from NSO.
In my wife’s case, she was not able to submit one, because we foresaw that the 45 days CEM time frame would not be met. She only has the court order of her annulment and it is still under process for annotation (the step before it gets to NSO)

Furthermore, we were not able to register our marriage with NSO due to the above-mentioned. Instead, we submitted, our marriage certificate, duly authenticated by the Philippine Consulate in Toronto. (We got married in Toronto; the court order of her annulment was accepted).

Also, since my wife has been separated for over 10 years now, a Canadian Immigration Consultant advised us to get a signed affidavit from her ex. (The affidavit shows that her ex acknowledges that he cannot be sponsored by her in the future).

We submitted the affidavit along with our marriage certificate.

Therefore mga kapatid, do you think this is acceptable with CEM? It's been over two months now from our PPR. I am sure, if there's an issue, they could have communicated to us, or is it?

I will appreciate any feedback from you.

Thanks in advance.

Sino po nakakaalam or nakapag try na mag request ng Singapore Police Clearance from their Embassy sa Philippines?

San po ba located? Hows the procedure? And how long did it take you to get the Clearance?

Thanks!!!
