Actually i applied last time as i told you in sep 2008 (application submission date) and i was through agent who prepared my case under 6221 and 1221 i.e, Technical sales rep & secretary..I showed experience without employers name mentioning on the application like that 2001-06 as a secretary..part time..(though my graduation period was also same ..graduated from pakistan 2001-06..Bpharm session..) & 2006-2008 as a medical representative...after sometime i got NQ (Non qualifying) Letter from CIC ..sydney along with bank draft which I Paid application fee i.e,550cad..
Now I want to know as i didn't submit any documents at that time except two pages application form...Do they have record of my that experience/or application form???
Originally i have pharmacist experience from 2006-2008 here in UAE.. but because of agent , he prepared my case like that..
can I show original experience now like 2006-2009 as a pharmacist...i have only doubt may be they will object last time in application form i mentioned as med rep experience and now i am showing as a pharmacist..
Just guide me in that regard

I am not sure but as you told that it was at simple application process. So they might have not any records as they rejected your case.
Also as per CIC policy they will access your case as per new guideline.
So no need to worry .

My File transfer date is also same as urs and RBVO also 15th april.I received letter for PCC last month which I sent them.After that no update and my ecase also disappeared today.

one of my experience is fall in the category of 3131,.,,,, but second one that is teaching in pharmacy college is not there.......
in the form they asked give preference for your jobs on which they will assess our application ...
what should i write in NOC column for my second experience that is teaching in college........because if i will leave blank then they may send back my application......
