It will definately in favour of pharmacist and other skilled workers to get chance to prove their skills. Last year in 2011 they showed the new rules on 1st July 2011, so its my feeling (not definate) it will hit the screen on 1st July 2012.

Dear frnds,
New rules are going to be declare after 10-15 days but before 15th of july (came to know from a Reg. advocate of canadian immigration). So be ready for your application.

hi everyone
thanks for your reply friends

Is it advisable to send the application form before the new rules are released.I saw some of them already started posting their applications.
just concerned what should we do if the rules change and we already post the application.please let me know do we need to wait and see the new rules or post our application before hand ?Sorry its not to discourage anyone but Iam concerned about the new rules and cap limit.

thanks

I would suggest to wait mate . no point in rushing with application , just in case if point system or noc list changes . pharmacist noc doesn't get filled up within a month .

hi

thanks for the reply siddharth.
I have seen in forum people already started sending applications.Yes you are right I think we need to wait till the new rules are out. There may be any changes like Fees, application form or NOC list or anything.I dont think there will be same rules what we had last year?
I hope the rules will be released before july1st.

thanks

All pharmacists please please tell me how we can make credential assessment as pharmacist from ICAS or PEBC ???

Hi melkhatib

Iam not sure if credential assesment is same as document evaluation.but i came across this information in the same forum about document evaluation for PEBC posted by our friends. Please make sure with other friends if this is what you are looking for.Any how we have to wait for new rules. We still do not know that document evaluation is compulsory? Please guide us friends regarding this topic:here is the link for the below information taken from same forum:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/pharmacist-3131-t58292.2775.html

Send the following documents to PEBC:
1- certified translation of ur birth certificate.
2- PEBC application form.
3- certified copy of ur pharmacy degree.
4- certificate of license from pharmacy council (to be sent directly from council to PEBC in sealed envelop)
5- ur consolidated transcript current dated (to be sent directly from ur university to PEBC in sealed envelop)
5- payment (DD or on-line) 530 CAD

In 8 weeks time, PEBC will send u the results of ur documents evaluation to ur mailing address. U need to send the results along with CIC application if u intend to apply for Canadian immigration. u can earliest apply on or after Jul 01, 2012.

As as per below line from http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp

"If new Ministerial Instructions are not issued before July 1, 2012, the current cap of 10,000 new applications will re-set on that date."

But on 1st July there is SUNDAY !! so most probable chances to release updates on 30th June....

hi

I think you are already aware of the rumour regarding pause for skilled worker visa. Not sure if it will be officially declared.
If it is true they should have informed us a bit earlier. There are many who have hopes on this FSW.I feel like immigration is playing with us not releasing any news about the cap system till now.
