Guys can someone check out that information:cap reached on Augaust 31,2011 because i still confused,i mean when we consult application received per eligible occupation there is an update every week or every 15 days ,so I don't know where those numbers of complete applications comes from ?and why that error concerns only NOC 3131?????

Yes i am still confused, does any one know for sure how this cap things are calculated? if it is regularly counted and updated then what happened to NOC 3131, was it an exception?
