No need to worry on it. They are using GCMS system with intranet with all VOs. If your VO will find some query on it ..then they will clear it by contacting NDVO.

You said that it will take a couple of days but I see from your profile that you receive your PER in months after the date that you have filed the application. What about the acknowledge of receipt letter, AOR?

Here is what I found from the canada immigration website in Russia.

Step 10. After Submitting Your Application

Following the approval by CIO, your application kit will be forwarded to this Visa Office for further processing. When the Visa Section of the Embassy in Moscow receives your full application from CIO, we will create a file. An Acknowledgement of Receipt letter (AOR) will be sent by email or by post to your mailing address. The AOR will include your Moscow file number, which you should quote on any further correspondence with us or on any additional documents you send to us in support of your application.

A selection decision will be made by a visa officer in Moscow.

Hi tracesg,

PER email will get sent to applicant by CIO once they confirm eligibility & points calculations.

So it may take 30-90 days ..some case they took 6 months for PER.

News that I want to share with you guys. I think one of the reasons is the increase in English proficiency level that deter a lot of foreigner workers from getting into Canada. Ielts was never required prior to 2010 and you could prove your English skills by showing to the immigration officer that you have taken English courses at college level.
