Dear my frien Mayank and all my friends in the forum
it ha been along time since i posted somthing as you know i am in RBVO since mid of April and until now i did not recive anything from my Immigration consultant , and still the adresse of him appears , so i am afraid that he may get something and forget to tell me? how can i contact the visa office which is London or should i send an e mail to FSW-Sydny-Enquiry?
please somebody advice me?

I have contacted him and he sent me an e mail telling me that there is neither e mail or mail he recieved on my behalf but that was month ago

It was rejected at the eligibility review. Bloody hell. My original documents are in that package. Oh God. What shall i do now. My marriage certificate and Birth certificates of my family are in the package. Rest are copies. Can anyone tell me where to contact to get these docs back.

Hi - at which point was your application rejected? If it was rejected after the completeness check, you will get your full documents back in 2 to 3 months probably.

If it was rejected at the eligibility review, or at the visa office, you will not get any documents back - since they keep the full documents for their records in case the rejection is appealed etc.

I must admit I was surprised when I heard about this, but it does seem to be the case.

Dear Nishant,

Well there is no point to contact CIO as your file is at ND VO.

Also let me clear you that it does not make any harm if you contact VO. But it does not mean that you shoot frequent inquires to VO. Based on others applicant...i advise you to wait till 20-25 July , i am sure by that time you will here news from VO.

It seems that CIO & All VOs are till enjoying Canada Day.

I found No MEDIA UPDATE since 01 July on CIC website.

Also no news from any VO still now....

Common CIO & VOs please hangover time is over...get back to work. 8) 8)

I did my medical exams and the doctor sent the docs on Thursday 26-5-2011 and till now my status on the ecas is still (( in Process)) ,, so do you have any idea when the status will change to (( medical request received ))... or when i must receive any reply from them ???

I am fine. There so many cases that i saw them that their e-cas changed to Decision made after In process with out having in middle " Medical Received Line" .

I think you will get VISA in couple of days ...i do not have idea of timeline of your VO.

My question is about the work experience. I have more than 1 year of experience, but is Cosmetic Industry. Will this be accepted? Or it has to be only Pharmaceutical Industry (drugs)? Can anyone help me on this?

You should check in the NOC website if your current job duties match with the job duties listed on the website in 3131 code. If the job duties match with, then you may apply. Good luck to you.

I did read the NOC website, but they only say about pharmaceutical industry as in drugs. Only the job duties described there are accepted?

We applied under NOC 3131, with my wife as principal applicant, 4 years of industrial pharmacist experience.

Application received 30 Aug 2010 and cashed 15 Sep 2010, now that post-June-26 have started getting AORs we are hopeful of getting one before Christmas.

Please let me know that , we must have designation as pharmacist or Industrial pharmacist.

According to my job offer letter it is showing me research associates but it covers industrial pharmacist duties. Please suggest me what they consider , designation or duties??
