my question is

will there be a question at the port of entry regarding this and would i be refused a work permit?

if your working visa is approved means the vo itself is convinced to the all the papers you've submitted. so reaching your destination, whatever job position written in the acknowledgemt letter that you will present in the airport immigration will be the basis of your job to reflect in the work permit...i hope i help.
