I graduated from a 4 years program in a university, thus granted to have 3 years work permit.
however, due to my passport expiration date (1 and half year prior to applying visa), I only got one and half years.
can I reapply to redeem that missing one and half years of work permit once I renew my passport?
If not what are some other ways to reapply for the work permit without having a job?
