Hi everyone, can I apply for a Spousal Open Work Permit right now using only an offer letter for a part-time TEER 2 Early Childhood Educator job (with no pay stubs yet), or will IRCC require full-time hours and active pay slips to avoid a refusal?

Part-time hours may also be an issue because you are supposed to be able to support your spouse financially.
