I am new to this.
My wife applied for C16 work permit(implied status but she is currently working full time). She has TEER 2 job as assistant childhood educator. I am on implied status as Visitor record.
We were trying to apply for my SOWP but for some reason IRCC questionnaire asking me to put expiry date of my permit but since i am on implied status, i don’t have any. I been doing lots of research and reading online and people suggesting to put future date and then explain in letter of explanation afterwards.
So i have 2 questions?
1. Can i apply for my SOWP if my spouse is on implied c16 status
2. If yes, which date should i put when IRCC asking in questionnaire.
