Hello,
I had applied for late withdrawl from my university cources after completing my semester and then from 5, they left with 3 in a semester and it is visible on my transcript with W but will that year will affect my post graduate work permit ?

If you were part time and it shows on your transcript as W, then yes it may affect your PGWP. You will not know until you apply.
