oh, good someone is in the same boat. Happy you got it! Yeah, the senate will meet in late August but officially grant degrees on October 20. Faculty of Graduate Studies sais that students applied for pgwp before the meeting of the senate, but it is still a bit confusing. I already have a letter of completion and requested a letter of explanation regarding the transcript from my dean as well.

same boat here! I am also recent Masters Graduate and my transcript states PASS for few courses. Those courses are not meant to be graded for me as they are related to my thesis and only marked as Pass or fail depending on how the papers are handed in. I received a letter from my Uni mentioning the day I successfully graduated and that's enough to apply for PGWP. So go ahead and apply!
