Dear all,
I am a 28 year old PGWP recipient since past 5 months(basically from inInd) .I have a Master's from UK (1 year) in architecture.I did complete two one-year programs from a Canadian college. I do have year and half experience as an Architect from India. I am yet to take up IELTS general(my previous IELTS score academic s: S: 8.5,R:8.5,W:7.5,L:7.5). I have been a ESL tutor since some time. I am wondering if I am eligible to apply for a PR under PNP or express entry. If so do I need to get my UK masters degree evaluated.
What are the other ways to apply for a PR other than CEC.thanks in advance

All provinces have their own Nominee programs. I am in Newfoundland and they have a graduate Nominee program. Basically if you graduated and have a PGWP you can apply. I am employed, so my employer can sign an affidavit saying that my English is good (which it is as I am from the UK) and this means I don't have to take IELTS (yours is good so no worries there). If you get nominated you get a lot of points for PR.
