PGWP- TRV application help

Hi,
i just receieved my PGWP April'16 but since my visa has expired, i cant go back.
1)Do I have to apply for TRV as a returning worker or a visitor?
2)I dont have a job in canada so how am i supposed to provide an employment letter or is it exempted?
3) Can my brother provide me with the financial support from within the country of residence (notary approved)?

1)Do I have to apply for TRV as a returning worker or a visitor?

You cannot apply as a worker or visitor. CIC decides the category you fall in based on the documents submitted.

Is your brother your legal guardian? Are you a minor? Are you his economic dependant? If so, then no.
