PGWP to SOWP

Hi all,

I currently hold a PGWP which is due to expire this April 24'. My wife has her PGWP till August 2025. She is currently working as well.

My questions are:
  1. Can I apply for WP based on her PGWP length?
  2. Do I need to stop working if my PGWP expires and there is no update on the WP application?
  3. Can I do flagpoling for the same?

This has nothing to do with Family Class sponsorship. (neither you or your wife is PR/citizen)

Please post your question to foreign worker section.
