I applied for my post graduation work permit but it was refused saying i did not upload the proof that i completed my program. I had uploaded a letter of completion from the college. On calling cic they told me that my application was missing the second page of my transcript. This happened on the 90th day of completing my studies. The person at cic said if I apply before midnight with all the documents there would be no problem and I should get the work permit. I did as told. With all the documents and also my diploma this time.
