PGWP Potential issues - Convert from Masters to Graduate Diploma (Concordia)

I am currently studying Masters of Computer Science at University in Quebec and i want to shift to "Graduate Diploma in Computer Science" at the same university.
I would like to ask, is there any potential issues that may arise at my PGWP after i complete the diploma.

I am converting in the middle of my program that means my existing credits will be transferred and my duration of study in Canada (Masters+Diploma) will be more than 2 years.

1) What is the expected time of PGWP i may get?
2) Will it cause any issue to get my PGWP?
3) Do i need to inform CIC about this change?

1) Length of your PGWP will be the length of your Diploma (not your total studies).
2) Shouldn't be a problem provided there is no unscheduled break in your studies and you remain a full time student.
3) I believe you only need to notify CIC if you change schools.
