I have completed a 12 months program and is Planning to take another 8 months program in January. I have a job offer and is confused if i need to accept the job or complete another program to get 3 year PGWP. Hows is the chances of PR after 1 year PGWP.

Depends how many points you have under Express Entry. If you have 460+ points, you are in excellent shape to be selected for PR. If not, then pretty risky to try to get PR with just a 1 year PGWP.

I will have 460+ points once I have 1 year experience in canada
