After checking from this link that I am allowed to apply online for a PGWP outside canada, I filled and submitted my application. However, the form IMM5710 did not let me choose any other country than Canada for my current country of Residence. So, I added a letter of explanation and stated the country that I was applying from. Did anybody else experience this same issue? And were their PGWP approved ?
