I'm actually working as a contract employee in a top Telecom company since June 2019 and it will end on June 2020, working 37.5 hrs per week(full time working hours). but my employer(some agency not the telecom company) is not giving me the original letter with company letterhead with ink sign and date. I asked him many times, but he is just sending me a copy of the letter through email. I explained him how it should be and importance of that letter to me. I really don't know how to proceed further.
apart from all this hassle, I really don't know whether my letter satisfies the criteria of being employed as a full-time.. because I'm not a full time employee but I'm working full time hours(37.5 hours per week).
My employer told that he cannot write the word Full time in my letter. He just mentioned that I'm on an assignment as a temporary employee.
