PGWP Official Transcript

Hi everyone, I am currently in the process of applying for PGWP and I have a question about my official transcript.

I have studied in 2 programs - the first one I failed in the second semester, and the second one I successfully completed. Both are shown in my official transcript.

Does failing my first program impact the decision on my PGWP? Should I write a letter of explanation or not?
