PGWP issued only until old passport expiry even after submitting new passport, what should I do?

My PGWP was approved but issued only until my old passport’s expiry date, not the full 3 years. I had already renewed my passport and sent the new one via IRCC webform, but it looks like they finalized the permit using my old passport.
Status shows “Your document is valid” and I’m waiting for the physical work permit. No approval PDF was issued.
Has anyone been in this situation?

Do I need to apply online to extend my PGWP due to passport renewal, or is a webform enough?

I applied in like 28th August
