PGWP - is it possible do flagpole while i have a online application in process?

Hello all,

I'm currently having my PGWP application online, but is taking more than a month to get processed. I got a job offer to start next week and the employer is asking me about my permit.
Is it possible to do flagpole and convince the officer to process my application based in my job offer ?
I already have my study permit and TRV valid.

If you already submitted your application, are you not on implied status and therefore can work full time for your new employer? I don't know if can hasten your application by flagpoling. Hopefully the veterans would have an answer for you...
