Hi, all. I am here to ask help for a friend, he finished his undergradtued degree in Canada in 2020, and got into master program in another university in Canada after graducation, but his graduate study was not successful, he cant finish the degree. He wants to know whats option for him in order to get a PGWP.
Can he apply to a 1 year college program and once graducated from that, use his 4 year bachleor degree combined to get a 3 year PGWP? or there is other options for him.

He can’t use his bachelor to apply for PGWP, and combine with one year program. It is more than 150 days since he graduated from his 2020 program. And to count two combined programs, you must have taken them within two years of each other. Take at least a two year program.
