I'd like to ask you guys a question:
Our work visa (husband and mine) is about to expire next month. Our score on my EE profile is 489 but due to the high scores being invited, we have not received any invitations so far.
My husband also has an open profile with a score of 418, however, our focus with this profile is the OINP, as he falls under the skilled trades category as he works in construction. However, so far we have not received any invitations either.
I wonder:
Considering that my PGWP is already an extension.
If I request another work visa extension just to save time. After that request is denied I automatically lose my status, but then I would file a new request for status restoration.
During this period where I will be waiting for my status to be restored, if I receive an invitation from OINP or EE, can I apply?
