Hi guys i was wondering if someone can help me with this. I did not receive the full year on my post graduate work permit because of my passport expiry date. There was a comment at the bottom saying must renew passport for further extension consideration.
I just want to ensure that I am going about this process the right way so that it doesn't get sent back.
Do i apply through paper? or do i apply online?
Will it be the same fee as the original permit which is $255.00? if yes, how do i make this payment, since i will be applying via paper.
On the application form imm5710, which states 'I am applying for one or more of the following, which should i select.
a. apply for a work permit with the same employer, or
b. apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer.
I did not include the other options because it does not apply.
For the letter of explanation, is there in specific format i should use?
If i apply through paper, how do i receive proof that I am on implied status?
