Hi Guys,
I've recently (Jan 15th) applied for an extension for my PGWP due to the validity of my old passportt. I've completed all the required documents as listed on IMM 5583 and sent the application by paper. However, I forgot (stupid me) to include the actually completed form IMM5583 with the package...Will they decline my application if I miss that form? What should I do? what are the consequences? I recently tried to contact the CIC agent but I can't seem to get through. My current PGWP expires on Apri 20, 2021
