PGWP expiring in two weeks

Hi everyone,

My PGWP is expiring in 2 weeks and I thought I would extend my stay in Canada as a visitor. Has anybody received a refusal on the basis of pgwp and staying in Canada for 3 years continuously ? Any help would be appreciated.

Of course, many people get refusals all the time.

Thank you for your response. If my pgwp is expiring June 5th, would I have till september 5th to restore my status ? If I don't submit any application, I can still stay in Canada for 90 days following my pgwp expiry ? I was trying to find a link but was unable to. If you could guide me it would be very helpful.

The 90 days are for restoring. If you don't have plans to restore then you should leave immediately.
