Hello,

AINP submitted : 07/28/2014
AINP application number received: 09/06/2014
PGWP expires on : 09/29/2015

My employer is unsure if she wants to apply to LMIA for me, and even if she does, I heard it is very difficult to get it approved for my case (NOC: 1414 or 1243).
I read through the forums/website and it seems that if I have my AOR, I can apply for Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) if less than 4 months remain on my PGWP... However, I see that a lot of people are being rejected from BOWP for reasons unknown...

If I have little chance of getting LMIA approved, what are the chances with BOWP? Has anyone in my class got BOWP approved?

Thank you,

Sincerely

I'm curious to know the answer to this too. I'm just about to submit my application for BC PNP, and my PGWP expires Aug. 2016 (!!!). With the processing times getting longer and longer, I feel like I'll be cutting it really close/won't even receive nomination before my permit expires.

I just wish there was some way around extending a PGWP, at least until we hear back from the PNP?! Life would be so much easier!
