Hello,
my PGWP expires 3 weeks from now and I have a full time permanent job NOC B, is it still possible if my employer gets me LMIA or there is no enough time for that??
What is my chances and my options?

Note: I didn't complete a one year Canadian experience yet.
Thanks!

LMIAs take months as the employer has to complete a market assessment and prove no canadian can do the job. Then if successful, you apply for a closed work permit. Again months of waiting. You need to talk to your employer about LMIA process, paperwork and fees. They need to post your job and show no one is eligible. You need to change your status to visitor & stop working on the day your PGWP expires.
