Just let me know what will be Work Permit Duration In this Case.
A student came to Canada in May 2017 for 1 year program. Completed first sem in August 2017. And in second sem just after 4 weeks Ontario Strike took place for 7 weeks. (After strike is over IRCC gave option either to withdraw or continue the Sem with no penality if pursue studies later on. But continued studies as college told him that there was no gurantee of his Enrollment in later semester as seats were full. ) he kept enrolled and got failed in 2 course sem ending in Jan 12 2018.
On Jan 15 2018, his another 1 year fulltime course started. He finished 1 course of previous program finished in 1st sem of Second Full time prpogram. And second course in second semester of second, 1 year program. And completing his both courses in September 2018 within 16 months. Things to note is that he maintained his full time status since he has been in Canada.
What will be duration of his PGWP ?
