PGWP concern

My study permit will be expired in Aug 2014 but I will be graduating from a one year certificate program in June 2013.
Am I able to apply for my PGWP? What will happen to my study permit if I get the PGWP then ?

what is your 1 year certificate?what level of studies?

It's a Pharmacy Technician course, completed after 1 full academic year (for me it's from Septemter to June). Will get a college certificate when graduate.

You study permit will be cancelled and you will get 1 year PGWP.
