I applied for a PGWP in March 2025 and received notification that it was approved on December 22, 2025. I left Canada and moved to my home country around April 2025. I provided my uncle’s address in the application so he could receive my mail. I confirmed with him that he has not received any mail from IRCC yet. It has been almost 3.5 months since my PGWP was processed and approved.
I raised a request through the webform yesterday and received a response 6–7 hours later. I am not sure if it was an automated response. I received an acknowledgment email within a few seconds, followed by a generic reply a few hours later. I am unsure whether this was an actual response, as it was not helpful (I've attached the email).
Can someone please advise me on what to do?
