I had applied for PGWP from India in February 15, everything has been done from my end including biometrics and medicals yet there is no update on my file and still shows as background processing. Is anyone in the same boat?? My file is in New Delhi (IRCC agent told me ) but NDVO does not reply to my email. Need insight

It says 11 weeks on cic website, the cic agents dont know anything.Ask them about the time frame of the applications ther are processing right now

my life is getting spoiled due to this work permit thingy, I mean I cant go to any other country either becoz of this file, I mean what if this gets approved? later on? or not? idk im really confusedOh okay. I know it's really stressful. People who apply inside Canada already got their permits. It's getting delayed if we apply from outside canada
