PGWP Application Query - Need Help

Hi, I am international student just completed graduation and applying for PGWP. I had few queries:

1. Do I need to write and submit any Statement of Purpose (SOP) with my PGWP application? There is no mention on IRCC website though. Is it a common practice?
2. In document submission there is no option to submit IELTS English Language score/Doc. Do I submit under Client Information?
3. Which is best Windows Software to merge pdf?
4. Where do I get document check list which I need to submit under Client Information? Does it come after mandatory documents are uploaded?

1. It is not a mandatory document but there is nothing dicey about providing one. You can write a letter and submit it under the client information section (will have to merge with other additional documents).
2. Language proficiency scores can be uploaded under Client Information.
3. Adobe Acrobat Reader works the best. They also offer a free trial for 7 days. You can also try the combine files options for free and without creating an account on their web interface (work only once). There are several sites that allow you to do so. Apart from ilovepdf, smallpdf is also a good option.
4. I don't know if you have to submit the checklist. For online application, you are fulfilling the requirements as you upload each required file.
