PGWP application applied since Nov2019- PLEASE URGENT HELP

Good people here! Am connecting here for the first time and seeing great info. From comments read, I need urgent help and assistance in my immigration pursuit I have not been properly guided.
Registered in UofR in fall2017 but graduated certificate course in summer 2019.
Applied for PGWP in Nov2019. Last email from IRCC was Jan2020 referring my application to Edmonton for further processing before COVID-19 hit and everything slowed down.
Am totally in a cross road with no PGWP and no tangible job after one year.
Good people, really need advice and further steps to take.Urgent please.Thanks

Google GCMS notes. There are many companies that can do it. What was your graduation date and what date did you apply for your PGWP.

School clearance/graduation Sept25th, convocation Oct18th. Program one year and full-time

So you had no part-time or failures. You always worked under 20 hours per week. To take a year is odd so your GCMS notes will tell you why there is a delay.

How can you graduate from a year long program that started in fall 2017 & completed it summer 2019. That’s two years...something is not right. Are you even eligible for a PGWP? Again google & any firm is fine. Takes about 30 days.

What do you want to know as you have been asked questions and not answered. Why did a one year program take two years to complete? you have ordered GCMS notes So you will know in 30 days.
