Hi,
I just completed my masters in canada and would like to apply for PGWP. When I came to canada for studies, my wife and my son also came with me and they were entered here on visitors record. Now while applying for my PGWP, I would like to apply for extension of the visitor record of my family too. While filling the form, I saw one question which says -
Do you have any physical or mental disorder that would require social and/or health services, other than medication, during a stay in canada? My son has down's syndrome. Although health-wise he is doing pretty good and he doesn't have major health issues, he has development delays. He goes to school here where there is an EPA assigned to him and school organizes physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy for him. In such a case, do I have to answer "Yes" for the above question in his form? And if I do, what could be the implication of that? Can all of our applications get rejected? Does all the services provided by school falls under social or health services?
Thanks for any advice or suggestions !
