Thanks in advance to any that can guide me on this one.
I had an open work permit, then I applied for an extension along with my Wife's application for her PGWP. Yesterday I received a refusal for my work permit due Immigration says I need to provide a Employment letter from my wife's job and they say I can apply again once I have the requirement fulfilled (So now I'm without status).
My Wife got her permit approved today it's for 3 years and we have her Job letter as well. My question is:
Could I leave the country for some days and then return and apply for the work permit at the Port of Entry in the airport?
Because applying online will take too long to get an answer and I need to keep working.
