PGWP AND SOWP EXTENTION

Hi my wife is a nursing student but currently working as a psw worker… our visa expires june and we will be applying for a pgwp and sowp extension…due to the new law is my sowp extension be denied because my spouse doesn’t work in a teer 1 2 3 or 0 job and if yes…
what suggestions do you have

So if applying for PGWP, she wants to be employed as a nurse for you to extend SOWP.

PGWP can't be extended. If you don't have a PR or an employer willing to support your work permit with LMIA, you will have to leave Canada.

OP is a student and applying for PGWP so needs to be employed as a nurse.

Anyone from August got approval.? I applied CWP along with SOWP on August 9th. 230 days and counting. Not much help from GCMS notes, MP and web forum.
