Hello, My studies in Toronto will be 8 months (1year/2semesters), how long my PGWP might be? 3 months before this end I am planning to apply for PGWP. To get invitation from the Express Entry pool for PR VISA I need 1560 worked hours with my PGWP. Which I might obtain but my PGWP will expire before I get answer or get processed in PR VISA. Do I need to leave the country or is there any other periodic VISA until I get my PR?

Overall, this is a bad plan.

You will either get an 8 month PGWP or a 1 year PGWP.

If you aim is to get PR, then taking just an 8 month program is a very risky approach. You should take a 2 year program so that you qualify for a 3 year PGWP.

Many people in your situation run out of time to get the 1560 hours / 52 weeks of work experience. If you only end up with an 8 month PGWP, then you definitely won't be able to get the year of work experience.

You also cannot apply for a PGWP 3 months before the end of your studies. This is impossible You can only apply for the PGWP once you have completed your studies.

Overall, very risky plan with a low chance of success if you only take an 8 month program. Again, take a 2 year program if your aim is to get PR.
