I have got a charge for domestic violence with my ex girlfriend and it’s still on going in the court as am charged and not convicted. Can anybody tell me will I get my Pgwp or I won’t ?

Your PGWP should be approved however there could be an impact to remaining in Canada after that and obtaining PR depending on the outcome of the charges.

You will not know until a decision is made. If charged, it may be processed but if convicted then criminally inadmissible. You should be working with a really good criminal, immigration lawyer.

You will not know until you get a response. DV is a criminal offense.

The charges was filed on aug9, 2024 .
Am applying for my Pgwp on December . But am worried I won’t get it or not . Since they have a column asking ever been charged or convicted.

Well you have to say yes, and it may be an issue because it is a very serious charge and makes you criminally inadmissible if convicted.
