PGP PCC Request-Do I also have to provide a PCC for non accompanying member?

Title says it all,

I received AOR and PCC for my PGP sponsorship application. I have 1 non-accompanying member above 18 and I wanted to know if I should include PCC as well, (Same for medical in the future).

Who are the non-accompanying dependents exactly? If a spouse or common law partner or if children who are single and under 22 years old, they need to do medical and provide PCCs.
