PGP application, which current address to use

Hi
For PGP application, which "current address" should I put?
They are currently visiting Canada, with Supervisa.
They'll probably spend more time in Canada than their home in their country.
Should I put down address in Canada? or their permanent address their country?

you can put their home address as permanent address and Canadian address as contact info.

they can change an address on CIC website when they gets UCI no.
and CIC/VO normally correspondence through Email to request any docs while processing their file.
