What kind of paper work I should focuse on 1st that takes longer to prepare. So I can start with that 1st.

In Financial Evaluation Form IMM5768(06-2019), Where should add my Wife (Sponsored her 3 years back and she is in Canada now and she is dependent on me) shall add her in 3.B) i) or ii) or 5 number ?

I received the invitation dated sept 27 and at present trying to fill up all the forms in the permanent resident portal. My son who initiate the sponsorship is a residence of Quebec and on the document checklist IMM5771E (sponsor #2) said that residence of Quebec do not need to complete this form. my question is, when will I start the process to sponsor my parents and grandparents in Quebec. Is the process in the permanent resident portal enough?
