PGD after MCA, am I overqualified for PGD

I have done BCA (3 years) and MCA (2 years), I have been told some people I am over qualified for PGD in canada, I was under qualified before doing MCA and now I am over qualified. I will have trouble getting student visa.
I don't want to go for masters because from what I gathered they are not job oriented, please can somebody guide me.

I will be applying through SPP.

Nothing like that....i am doing PGD in Canada after completing M.Tech from India.
