PG Diploma Vs Master's

I have 3 years bachelors degree in Computer Science (total 15 year education) and 1 Year work experience.
Now I want to apply for Master's in Canada but consultancy saying that you can't apply for Master if you have 3 year's degree. Canada want 16 year education..

Now I want to know that, Can i apply for master's??

Howz PG Diploma in Computer Science/IT. After PG diploma what about job opportunities.
Which is better PG diploma or Master's. Totally confused

Guys i have not too much time to make final decision.

Yes, Your consultant is absolutely right you are not eligible to apply for master. Check PG level programs related related with your field on this website http://www.universitystudy.ca/search-programs/.

I will advise you to get admission in specific field of computer science like Web,Software,Animation,Games rather than repeating the same education. Then, There will be more chance of visa approval. For better Job opportunities get admisison in Co-op program because you will gain Canadian experience working in IT company that will improve your chances to get good job.

Note: You should mention this reason in your SOP that due to 3 years of bachelor you couldn't take admission in master's

If i have not option rather than PG Diploma bcz of 15 year's of education...so what to choose..
PG Diploma or think about other countries like Ireland, Australia
