You need to do some of your own research on Ag programs. Look at Masters programs. Only look at public colleges or universities. To get a study permit, you need to show how the program will give you higher salary and better career opportunities in your home country so focus on that too. As for Canada, no one can tell you opportunities without knowing your specific program. And even then you can google and do some of your own research. All the best.
