Is there still requirement of skilled labour in petrochem in calgary specially?
Or I have to keep my plan B ready for survival?
Taking further education in canadian universities will help to secure job? Can I inform in interview about my plans for further education in canada?
Many questions & I am confused ..

Calgary is the Oil Sands HQ in Canada. Yes, petrochem vacancies still exist there. The recession has toughened the market but havent killed it. Thus, obtaining a job in your field is not impossible but a tad difficult nowadays.

I'd advice u to land & start searching asap, however take up something in your Plan-B, during the interim period. Gaining further Edn &/or Certification in Canada is the way to go. Definitely a must in the regulated occupations.
